Does the cottage have cupboard space available?

This cottage, whilst being available to lovely guests is still a very much loved family home. Therefore please be aware that whilst we have made every effort to empty all cupboards for your use during your stay, there are a few that hold personal items that will be marked with little ‘private’ signs.

What’s included in the property?

Kitchen:

Includes: Double oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. All cooking utensils, tableware, cutlery, glassware etc. 

You will need to bring food, condiments, kitchen towel, soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher and clothes washing tablets. 

Cupboards and/or drawers marked with little ‘private’ signs are not to be accessed.

Bedrooms:

Main large bedroom with ensuite:

Sleeps two

Double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bath, loo and shower.

Cupboards and/or drawers marked with little ‘private’ signs are not to be accessed.

Double spare:

Sleeps two

Two twin single beds, chest of drawers.

Bedding and linen includes: All towels for the home and bedding.

Cupboards and/or drawers marked with little ‘private’ signs are not to be accessed.

Small spare:

Sleeps two

Two single beds

Are towels provided?

Towels for use in the bathrooms are provided however, you will need to bring your own beach towels. Please do not take our towels for use at the beach.

Parking

We have two parking spots directly opposite our house. Please ensure that you do not park in any of the neighbouring house’s parking spots.

Leaving us:

Please ensure no food is left in fridge, freezer or cupboards when you leave.

Please let us know if there have been any breakages, damage or issues with bedding/laundry/flooring that require our changeover team to rectify. 

Alcohol and books in the property

Please do not use any of the alcohol in the property, as this belongs to us, however, should you wish to read a book during your stay please feel free to do so, however, please leave it at the property when you leave.
